Through 15 years, we have numerous alumni who take highly responsible positions in the leading private companies and public institutions in different countries across the world. When our alumnus leaves the educational institution, he or she is already distinguished from others by the level of language, the level of self-confidence, high motivation. Most recently, we have been given another reason to be proud of- one of our students, who graduated from University of Canada, has been appointed to a senior position in a transportation company that transports the coronavirus vaccine worldwide. I can honestly say that we are very happy for the success of our students - their achievements are our achievements indeed.

 

 

-  I will be honest and tell you - the most attractive thing about the A-Level training center for me is that it has put down its roots in different countries worldwide and at the same time, it enjoys great trustworthy and popularity.Tell us in which countries does your company have a branch office and how do you manage it?

 

Despite the distance, we are one big team that I personally lead.

Today, our center actively operates in Azerbaijan, where A-Level is represented by five branches. We are firmly established in Georgia, where we teach languages as well as mathematics in English and are focused on sending students to study abroad. We also have a branch office in Oman.I am actively involved in the ongoing processes in the company on a permanent basis. It only takes me 5-6 hours a day to contact all the branch offices in every country. I communicate and listen to my colleagues/employees about their working days, how things are going in the office and by doing so, I aim not to control the processes, but to motivate my team.

 

- Since this is not our first interview, I will tell you that we are closely monitoring the development stages of your company and have learned that you have excellent news for students. Tell the reader, what do we mean?

 

We have plans to expand the company.

At this stage, we are planning to implement a new project in Uzbekistan and India. We also are optimistic about America, where we intend to open a school that will enroll the children from the age of two. In addition to this, we open new branch offices in each country where our center operates. For example, we plan to open a second branch office in Georgia. At present, our center is located in Tbilisi and we consider opening the branch offices in other cities of Georgia in the future.

 

- From my point of view, successful business is always based on round-the-clock work and extraordinary way of thinking by the founder. However, this is not enough when it comes to a successful educational institution. After all, the purpose of its existence is to promote education and not to earn money. Tell us, what is the basis of the success of the company A-Level?

 

Success reaches those individuals who follow their own dreams.

Of course, my business is primarily based on the idea of improving the world through education. Naturally, if the idea is positive and it benefits the society, it is also monetized. I have never aimed to earn a lot of money though my business. If it had been my aim, I would have gone into high-income job considering my leadership skills, knowledge, and education, and I would have made much more money.


I believe that I have a certain mission, which is to create a better world. I have created and ameliorated a product on a daily basis that can overcome ignorance and poverty. An educated person is a person who can establish interesting relationships, find a job that will greatly value his/her professional skills; take the right steps towards his or her own aspirations, create a comfortable and peaceful life, which is very important for happiness. A happy person implies a realized person, a fully actualized person.


As for the specificity of running a large business, I am often asked questions about it: today, everything is possible with the help of modern technologies; however, the main thing that helps my affiliate companies to develop permanently is my active involvement and aspiration for constant advancement. I am very familiar with the daily reports that are sent from each branch office of different country and I always think about their improvement in order to approximate perfection, since every single branch office requires a completely different approach in different countries. In this matter, I am not alone ... I have a super team- in which I was very lucky. Together we form the goals and dreams of our students, regardless of age, and go through the path to reach success alongside with them.

 

- An issue that worries everyone around the world and is an obstacle for those seeking education - it is the pandemic caused by the coronavirus. The fact that the global problem has suspended the operation of some companies and unfortunately, some organizations stopped operation forever, surprisingly, you are purposefully moving forward! What is the secret? Given the circumstances, what teaching method do you use today?

 

We have effectively adapted to the reality that arrived.

Today we face the global pandemic, and unfortunately, we cannot escape from it. At the time, we had two options: either to stop operation, or to switch to online teaching mode, which was associated with quite large amount of costs in terms of training teachers. Thanks to my leadership skills, I responded adequately from the beginning: it took us two or three weeks to change completely the teaching system introduced years ago and switch to a new mode. We spoke to each student's parents individually and answered their questions about the efficiency and quality of the process, introduced a feedback system and considered the individual needs of each student one by one to comfort them. We were working on a flexible schedule, which, I once again note, required great efforts and costs. However, we managed to overcome every difficulty and continued to work just as successfully as before. This was due to the quick response and timely decisions taken without hesitation.

 

- At the end of our conversation, I would like to ask you a question on behalf of the people who, today, are in the process of selecting an educational institution and are looking for those ones whom they can depend their own future and fate on ... Why
