The 133rd Charity Event of Chapidze Emergency Cardiology Center for Veterans

On September 24, 2022, within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation, the doctors of Chapidze Emergency Cardiology Center joined the 133nd medical charity campaign for the veterans of war and defense forces and their family members living in Tbilisi, Isani District. The campaign included free cardiological examinations (a consultation with a doctor-cardiologist, electrocardiogram, echocardiography, laboratory studies).

 

As a part of the campaign, 65 beneficiaries have been provided qualified medical services free of charge.


Valerian Dzebisashvili, head of the Department of Social Issues and Accounting-Analytical and Regional Management of the State Service of Veteran Affairs, and Vazha Dalakishvili, Senior Specialist, got acquainted with the course of the campaign on the spot.


The memorandum of cooperation between the State Service of Veteran Affairs and Chapidze Emergency Cardiology Center was signed in April 2017 and is updated annually.


Within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation, charity medical campaigns for veterans and their family members are held permanently throughout Georgia. Since the signing of the memorandum up to the present day, the doctors of Chapidze Emergency Cardiology Center have conducted 133 charity medical campaigns organized by the State Service of Veterans Affairs. Free medical services were rendered to 11 939 beneficiaries.


The charity medical campaigns for veterans and their family members will be held again in frames of the memorandum of cooperation regarding which the veterans will be notified in advance.
